What is included in the price ?

Brand New ultratec doppler with battery, gel, carry bag and operating instructions.

3 year warranty.

Delivery to your home or office by Royal Mail or other carrier.

VAT where applicable.

What is not included in the price ?

Any local tax's or import duty (non EU countries only) (Please note in most cases tax and import duty is 0%)

What if I am not satisfied with my doppler when it arrives ?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your ultratec doppler within 14 days of delivery then providing it is returned to us undamaged and with all accessories in its original packaging we will refund your entire product purchase price. (IMPORTANT please read "returning my doppler")

 

What happens if my unit is faulty ?

If your unit appears faulty within the first 30 days after delivery you will be offered either a replacement unit or a full refund. You will be required to return the unit to us. (IMPORTANT please read "my doppler is faulty"). If the unit becomes faulty after the first 30 days we will repair the unit free of charge under our normal warranty.

What does the Warranty cover ?

The warranty covers any manufacturing fault to the unit or its transducers within the first 3 years of ownership providing :-

i) the instrument has not been damaged accidentally or by misuse or mishandling.

ii) no unauthorised attempts at repair have been made.

iii) The unit must be returned to Ultrasound Technologies Ltd for repair or replacement in its original packaging, (to avoid further damage)

 

How do I purchase ?

By clicking on the "order direct" button you will be taken to an order form, fill out the details and upon receipt of payment by PayPal or major credit card your order will normally be despatched to you within 2 working days.

Returning my doppler within 14 days

If you are returning your doppler because you are unsatisfied with it within 14 days of delivery.

You must

1. Notify us of your wish to return the unit in writing within the first 14 days after delivery.

2. You are still responsible for the condition of the unit until it has been delivered back to us and therefore you should ship the unit back to us postage paid by insured express post.

3. You should have returned the unit to us within the following 20 days from the time you notify us of your requirement to return the unit.

We will

Within 30 days of your notification of your requirement to return your unit, or within 7 days of receipt of your returned doppler, we will credit your account with the full purchase price of the doppler including all accessories and postage. If you paid by cheque then a cheque will be sent to you.

Providing:

1. The unit has been received by us within 20 days of your notification.

2. The unit is in its original packaging, undamaged and returned with all accessories.

3. It has been returned to us postage paid.

4. The device has been decontaminated a completed decontamination certificate provided.

If the unit has not been returned within 20 days then we will contact you to arrange for a shipper to collect the unit. The cost of this collection will be deducted at cost from the amount refunded to you.

 

My doppler is faulty

If you believe your doppler is faulty.

You must :

Contact us by mail, fax, email or telephone with your problem.

We will:

Attempt to rectify the problem with you, if this is unsuccessful you will be required to return the unit to us.

If the unit is under 30 days old and it has not been damaged we will:

Offer you an replacement unit or a full refund of your purchase price.

You are still responsible for the condition of the unit until it has been delivered back to us and therefore you should ship the unit back to us postage paid by insured express post. Reasonable postage costs will be refunded to you.

If the unit is over 30 days old and it has not been damaged we will:

Repair your unit free of charge providing it has not been damaged by misuse, accident or unauthorised repair.

You are still responsible for the condition of the unit until it has been delivered back to us and therefore you should ship the unit back to us postage paid by insured express post.
